Kiehl's Fun in The Sun Event Invitation

Hello Dear Readers~
Today is a sunny day after few days of continuously raining cats & dogs...><
I finally can see the sun shining and some soft wind blowing on my face...
Oh wait.....I dont have my sunblock on leh....
My skin looks so dry and dehydrated nowadays.and NOW WHAT???/
MY oily skin makes my acne popping out like nobody business right now..

Girls being girls...no matter how hard we prevent..
During our beauty sleep we cant control ourself from scratching our face..
SEE...my face.. =( gone worst lah..

It considered a mild breakout before my PMS..>< sigh..
At 1st i also have no idea how to cure it in short time because I am heading to Johor for my work few days later..

But then I remember that I just got a free sample acne saver from Kiehls Malaysia when the time I join the Butterfly Project Fund Raiser.

I decided to give it a try since I havent do any review on it.
At 1st when I started to applied on it,there's a mild stingy feeling and no worry it faded the next minutes.
Just apply it daily after shower .

This is the 2nd day I applied it.The improvent of my skin is REMARKABLE!
Can you notice the smaller acne right below my chin has all clogged up and smaller in size?

It leaves no pungent smells & oily feelings to my skin afterwards...
Seriously LOVIN IT^^
To be honest...a small sampling like this can really last for a long time leh...
I carefully squeeze a little out to prevent wastage.hehe.

1) Why do you need 24 hour no-shine fresh hydration?
Ans: Hmm.....As some of my friends or even readers who read my blogs will know.
I am an outgoing person! I love mother nature so much that I would rather go for outdoor activities like hiking,seaside strolling ,visiting strays animals than going under a air-conded shopping mall.
Despite Malaysia such warming weather,I do suffering from a oily skin problem like how other girls does too.In fact, I think mine is 10 times more worst then the others.
I really need to find solution to get rid of my oily skin but still keeping the moisturizing effect on my skin too.Really hoping that this product itself could be my lifetime saver as I already found my ACNE LIFETIME SAVER in above .haha

2) What do you love about Kiehl’s?
Ans: Hahahahaha...Kiehl's had been well established since year 1851 (older than me* omg).Actually i came across this brand ever since I saw their outlet at Pavillion.I always get attracted by their product displaying and also their interior style.Honestly i never try their product before until I used their Facial Cleaser and Toner as well as the acne lemish control serum.One more thing that nowadays consumers are worried about is the ingredients of what they're made of.Kiehl's always ensure that they provided fresh and natural ingredients in order to produce their high quality & effectives skin care products.For some of the peoples out there,true that packaging makes a great impact for customer but FOR ME ,no way *effectiveness & suitable for me* comes 1st. And KIEHL'S IS MY RIGHT CHOICE!

I hope I could stand a chance to join the other butterfly bloggers as well for this coming event.

I believe by this event,I could get to know more about the products they have in Kiehl's and also get to try out their awesome products as well ,considering i am new to this brand.^^

SUPRISE from Sony Mobile MY

Holla pishies~!!!
Hows your Holiday (wesak) day going last night?
Hehehehhe..I secretly bought a bouquet of flowers and headed back my hometown that night itself.

I accidentally spray some ecstacy on it meh? XD

However..My mother enjoyed the suprise I gave her...
I myself enjoyed the SUPRISE that SONY MOBILE MY gave me too!!!!

Few days back I joined an easy competition held by Sony Mobile @ Spider-Man.
In order to win the 10 pair of exclusive tickets screening for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 ,we have to answer some few simple questions in the FASTEST way....

As usual ,I myself is a Sony Xperia Z1 mobile user,I always received their latest news notification soon as they updated at their FB page.
Then i came accross one of their competition and by coincidence just won their giveaway tickets as well!
Hahahahaha...LUCKY GIRL ( not 1st time ekk...) ;)

Phewwwww~!!Received the parcel early morning today!!!

And wait...a second......

Besides the two complimentary tickets....They're something inside the parcel as well.

The Butterfly Project :Fund Raiser Walkathon

Happy Thursday Guys..I am in Penang currently when i am typing this blog post.

Le bf's grandma passed away,I had to accompany him back to his hometown Penang for the funeral.

I brought along my lappie so I would finish my blogpost now.

arghhhhhhh hate myself for being not consistent when it comes to blogging.

There's always excuses haha sorry guys..

I PROMISES ONCE AGAIN..

I will try my best to update as often & frequent IF there's some event happen.

At least not to delay the post more than 1 week..haha

So back to the topic....

Last Sunday was my 1st time joining the Butterfly Project Malaysia's event.

For those who haven't know about this community , let me brief abit about this amazing bloggers community.

The Butterfly Project Malaysia was founded at year 2010 by Miss Tammy Lim.

A community that welcomes beauty & lifestyle(like me!) bloggers around Malaysia blogging with a focus and from the heart,soul and passion.At Butterfly Project, they design monthly projects for bloggers that would benefit,motivate and encourage them to find their voice, goals and dreams.

Sounds awesome right?If you're a person who loves to writes down your daily life or even your happening lifes.Why not join us big family too!Eventhough their events based mostly at PJ & TTDI area,I'll try my best to join their events as often as I can because REALLY....I love ther way they interact with each other butterflies..FAIR & SQUARE and of course being helpful and friendly too!

The 1st event that I'd attended was as the title above " The Butterfly Porject: Fund Raiser Walkathon"

It was definitely one of the successful event which pulled off by them despite they have only less than a week time to prepare all this (including our complimentary goodie bags & The GONG CHA TRUCK)

Read on ........

Me and Le Bf woke up early at 6.30pm because we need to drive all the way to Taman Lembah

Kiara,TTDI to the event.This is the panaromic view which welcomes me and the rest of 200++ butterflies

Before I start my walk,I met Tammy & her helpful butterflies at the bus stop opposite the park.

Say cheese guys~!! It was fun to meet all of you guys especially the cheerful laughters which is all over the bus stop an even in the park later on.

I took a slow walk along the park path and spotted this huge group of people (I believe more than 100 persons)

At 1st I thought it was some kinda FLASHMOB hahahahha...But I walked closer and saw all of them are middle aged uncles and aunties which is doing some kinda QI GONG instructed by one Tough Guy.

Here the shot I took from the other side of the park.They endedup their session with few time loud claps and laughed to each other...I smiled too of course.. =')

This random shot was taken when I am almost finish my park walk routine .

I sat on the stone bench and there was this Malay family,papa,mama & three kids playing badminton together.

This reminds me of my childhood times spending with my brother(who is currently in Japan,I miss him) and my parents .Never knew simple activities from strangers can bring tears to my eye.

HAHAHAHHAHA...HOI....ENOUGH LAH...

THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A FUN ACTIVITY!

When i almost reach the exit of the park,There I met Jac & Joey!

New friends which I met through my blogging experience.

We decided to walk around (this time the jungle route!) which is way more harder then usually park routes as it requires ur stamina double due to those slanted jungle path..ahhaha

Spotted this cute monkey calling me out like some kinda kitty meowing..hahaha

Ddidn't know that Monkey could meow too..XD

Can't travel to the Golden Gate Bridge at USA one..TTDI one also jadi lah..XD hahahah

Food Review : 台风火锅 @ Balakong C180

Holla dear readers...
I actually visit my own blog every 2-3 days and you wonder why I didn't update my blog as frequent as I view it?

NO SPECIAL EVENT MAH DARLINGssss.....
But today I am going to do a Flog (Food Blog)-----Pre Mother's Day Dinner with my families.
So my mom was tempting to try this Taiwanese Style 台风火锅 since ages.....=_=
Cannnot tahan her nagging whenever she saw me..
"when want bring me go eat ah har?", " you promised me since last year liao lor." etc..

Finally I set a date...Invited them over to have dinner together .
My grandparents was here too last night =)

取名“台风”概念源自于台湾颱风，代表了有影响力及震撼的称呼。“台风”主要是以火锅为主食，透过台湾技术转移把原汁原味的独家配方汤底分享给马来西亚的消费群。除此之外，同样扮演着重要角色的独门＂调味料＂更是不能遗漏的环节。＂台风＂拥有绝佳的食材，古早味的汤底，优惠的价格再加上与众不同的经营模式，将会是马来西亚饮食业强劲的一鼓＂风＂潮。
“台风”主要的独家汤底基本分成六种，而我们主打的招牌古早味汤底是“酸菜锅”。“酸菜锅”是也是目前台湾最受欢迎的火锅汤底之一，它源自于中国东北部，主材料為酸白菜與豬五花肉，是清朝滿洲人的風俗，風行於中國東北，後傳入北京。吃法是將酸白菜與高湯煮成鍋底，白肉則以涮熟食用。口感别具风味且饱而不腻，汤底饮用后溢齿留香，肯定让食客们回味无穷。

Oh yeah the theme was Taiwanese Old town if i am not wrong.
My sister knew the owner of this shop which is called Mr.Tony.
He was a very nice guy ...
Keep on explaining every single details of his food creations.

This was him busy serving us with two set of different hot pot.
I bet he must be so in love with his very own restaurant and enjoying his job.
Now back to the two hot pots we ordered.

1st pot was their Signature dishes ---Sour Vege Soup With Pork 酸菜白肉锅
As it's name,the stock was made up by two important ingredients which is pork and sour veges.

Mr.Tony mentioned earlier this was considered Healthy meals.
They use less oil and salt in their soup base.
Mostly natural oil which I believes it's came from the pork slices .
I can say their soup is very refreshing ,sweet and abit sour for my taste.When times goes by we add other steamboat ingredients in it,the soup suprisingly turned sweeter =D.

P/s: Make sure you ask the waiter to serve you their special sauce in order to taste the original taiwanese sauce recipe!Of course you can head over this area to pick your own favourite too.

The combination of deep fried shrimps,spciy vege ,peanut butter(weird but taste heavenly) and finally some soup base to whip everything up!

Homemade Fish In Bamboo----竹筒鱼香

Freshly whipped fish paste with some taiwanese hotdogs in between.

Erm....honestly speaking there's no such bamboo flavour in it.. =_=

But overall it was sweet on itself and quiet chewy.

Special Pork Balls---猪筋丸 & Taiwanese White Sausage---台湾白香肠

The boyfie said the special pork balls was way too mini size and taste okay.
THIS TAIWANESE WHITE SAUSAGE 我很love!!! It's quiet firm compare to normal hotdogs and it has a pinch of pepper taste..I adore it so much^^

Mix Cheese Balls--三味起司 & Mix Meat Balls 爆丸系列

Well they taste okay too.Nothing special.. =)

Overall the ingredienst are fresh.

All busy eating and my dad was waiting for the special set

After all these....Now it's the Mother's Day Special Hotpot set!!!

Around RM 148++(after discount) for 4 pax...

Look how generous of the ingredient they gave us????

But hor ..I only manage to eat 1/5 of the ingredient of this hotpot =(
I tasted their soup the most, there's a hint of yam taste in it..So clear yet so sweet...I love too.

Nevermind lah...They're always next time =)

I let the elder ate all of these so i am not sure whether how it taste like.

My grandma said that it was very fresh and their head are full of flesh and eggs too..OMG..

Uhhhhhhh I get to tasted half of these goodies and it sure is FRESH & CHEWY!!
I rather eat these than shark fin btw... =)
